There are five bugs in the latest release of LaTeX2HTML that I am aware of. I used to keep having to patch every time I upgraded my OS or built a new machine, etc. To eliminate this hassle, I finally bit the bullet and created a new fork of LaTeX2HTML that either fixes or gets around all known bugs that were biting me.
