What source should we abide by?

[edit]

The official government of the Republic of South Ossetia says the colours are #FF161F (red) and #FFFF00 (yellow), but the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says it's #d00 (red) and #ffce00 (yellow) on their language icon. It's a SVG named "os.svg".
The official website of the President of South Ossetia seems to say something else too, saying the colours are #D11702 for the red and #F8C301 for the yellow!
There's also the seemingly current Administration of the President of South Ossetia's site which has two flag colours:
The first of these I uncovered when digging for the favicon in Inspect Element. The link to it is [1] and it's colours are #FF0000 and #FFB900.
The second of these I got from the favicon. I couldn't find it, so I took a screenshot. It's colours seem to be: #FF0024 for the red and #FEFE04 for the yellow.
Which source do use? There are seemingly so many variations.

I also tried looking for some answers and even with the sub-governmental flags, such as this one and this one, there is no color codes presented at all. User:Zscout370 (Return fire) 03:08, 4 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
