Om os

It’s an exciting time to join Tactile. Our story began in 2008 in the heart of the beautiful Copenhagen, and since then we have experienced continuous growth, establishing ourselves as one of the largest gaming companies in Denmark. In more recent years, we have been scaling fast, in big part thanks to the success of a little game called Lily’s Garden. Now we’re on a mission to solidify our position as one of the leaders in creating out-of-the-ordinary casual puzzle games. With more than 350 talented individuals, we are a mix of over 50 nationalities and 40% women. We truly appreciate the richness of different experiences and perspectives that Tactilers bring to the game. This is why we foster a lean organisational culture, in which each individual is encouraged to take responsibility, be open and grow in their own way. We pride ourselves in cultivating a studio environment that stays away from crunch, that fosters your skills no matter what your discipline is, and one that gives you a place to be creative alongside other passionate and invested storytellers. Come grow with us! 🌱

  • At Tactile, we believe that some of the best learning happens when we learn from each other🧑🏫 That's why we've brought back our internal Show & Tell sessions, creating a space where Tactilers can share knowledge, discuss trends, and give colleagues a closer look at the work happening across different disciplines. Our latest session featured Fatih, Product Manager, who guided us through the fascinating world of Hybrid Casual Puzzles. He shared how the genre emerged as a response to changing market conditions, evolving player expectations, and the growing challenge of balancing user acquisition costs with long-term player engagement. From the rise of hybrid monetization models and genre-defining mechanics to player segmentation and personalized experiences, the session provided a comprehensive look at what makes today's leading hybrid casual puzzle games successful. We also explored how the genre continues to evolve through innovations in level design, LiveOps, visual polish, and data-driven decision making. What made the session particularly interesting was the opportunity to look beyond individual game features and discuss the broader market forces shaping the industry. A big thank you to Fatih for sharing his expertise! And thanks to everyone who joined, asked questions, and contributed their perspectives.💜 #LifeAtTactile #ShowAndTell

  • Happy first day of summer, everyone! ☀️ We're excited to introduce our May newcomer: Laetitia, Product Manager👋 Laetitia, can you tell us a bit more about your role at Tactile? I joined Tactile as a Product Manager on new games. What I love about this role is being there from the very beginning of the creative process, working with studios when a game is still just an idea, helping shape it, test it, and figure out what makes players keep coming back.🎮 Do you have a hidden talent or a fun fact about yourself? A fun fact about me: I spent a ridiculous amount of time on Kingdom Rush. Could've been market research...🧐 Thank you for sharing, Laetitia - we're so happy to have you on the team! 💜 #LifeAtTactile #newstarters

  • Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting AI Meetup Copenhagen at the Tactile games office 🙌 It was fantastic to welcome so many people from the local AI community for an evening of conversations, networking, and practical insights into how AI is changing the way we work across different disciplines. A big thank you to all the speakers for sharing their experiences and perspectives and a special thanks to Martin Schultz for organising and bringing the community together. Also thank you to every guest who joined us, we were happy to have you at our office 💜

Thanks very much to the speakers and the audience who joined AI Meetup Copenhagen #9 🚀 Great vibes last Thursday as the meetup brought together innovators, developers, designers, business professionals, and academics for exciting talks, demos, and discussions about AI. Thanks to all the speakers and to a smart, engaged, and friendly group of participants ❤ This time around, we had talks and conversations across a number of AI themes: Voice AI and voice agents, agentic skills for product management, moving from traditional workflows to AI-powered workflows, why voice conversations can feel natural or unnatural, AI evaluation tools and much more. ☑ Thanks for taking the stage with talks: Kræn Hansen, Olga Safonova, Daniella Feiglin & Ali Reza Farahnak 🙏 ☑ Thanks to our volunteers: Anders van Amerongen, Moe Abyanaki & Alejandra Rojas ⚡ ☑ Thanks very much to Tactile Games and Khrystyna Pshenetska for sponsoring and hosting the meetup and a special thanks to their chefs for excellent food 🍕 ☑ Finally, thanks to our main sponsor, Transmission. AI Meetup Copenhagen #10 will be announced soon. It will be on August 20th. Follow the link in the comments to join the AI Meetup Copenhagen group on the Meetup platform and join nearly 1,300 verified members who are passionate about learning more about AI. Please contact me (ms@transmission.dk) if you have suggestions for business collaborations, interesting speakers or demos, or if your company is interested in becoming an event sponsor and getting the attention of smart people working with AI 🙋♂️ We also have an AI Meetup Copenhagen LinkedIn page that you can follow to stay up to date - but sign up to the meetup community to be the first to know about new events. The event is made possible by Transmission. We're open for business and happy to help your organization understand and work with emerging technologies such as generative AI. Just send me a DM. Looking forward to the next meetup and thanks again!

  • As April comes to a close, we’d like to give a warm welcome to the new Tactilers who joined us over the past month: Marlena Dragheim, Office&Culture Manager, and Ekin Türkü Onatça, Level Designer. 🙌🌸 👋 Hi, can you tell us a bit more about your role at Tactile? Marlena: I’m part of the Office & Culture team – helping keep the office running smoothly, answering all kinds of possible (and impossible!) questions, and making sure we actually have fun while we’re here.🎉 Türkü: I joined Tactile as a Level Designer. I work on designing and balancing levels, making sure players have a fun and engaging experience throughout the game. I really enjoy the process of testing and tweaking levels until they feel just right.🧩 ✨ Do you have a hidden talent or a fun fact about yourself? Marlena: I’m originally educated as a fashion designer (yes, really!) and many years ago I designed photo vests for photographers… definitely a hidden talent! These days, I mostly produce costumes for my grandchildren 🎭 I’m also pretty handy (or at least brave enough to try), love planning big events and parties, and rarely go anywhere without my camera or iPhone 📸 Türkü: I love traveling, and I collect keychains from the places I visit! Each one is a little reminder of somewhere I have been and it is my favourite kind of souvenir.🗝️ Thank you both for sharing, we're so happy to have you join our team! 💜 #LifeAtTactile #newstarters
