    Kolkata: Bajaj Housing Finance, which has seen a healthy business growth in the third quarter, on Monday raised ₹509 crore in non-convertible debentures at 7.10% coupon. The bond, placed privately with investors, will mature on October 16, 2028, the company said. The mortgage lender grew its assets under management by 23% year-on-year to ₹1.33 lakh crore as on December 31, 2025. The company disbursed about ₹16,500 crore in the third quarter as compared with ₹12,600 crore in the year ago period.
