I'm sorry...

Is my "Good Faith" edit on I am Legend a "Bad Faith" regarding the surname of the character Anna? Cause I'm not lying about the alternate ending and I've truly seen it. KeboBulaon (talk) 04:47, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@KeboBulaon: That isn't the issue. MOS:FILMCAST says "Names should be referred to as credited,...". It doesn't matter what is revealed in the story itself about fuller names, we still use the credited names for both cast and characters in a cast or character list for a film article. @Geraldo Perez: I see. Sorry if my edits violated the MOS:FILMCAST. I was only trying to help improve the article, not damaging it. KeboBulaon (talk) 05:21, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
@KeboBulaon: The good faith tag on my edit summary is based on my belief that you were obviously attempting to improve the article but were unaware of the convention for listing credits. It is good that you asked for clarification. Geraldo Perez (talk) 05:41, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

This message is purely informational. I've ended up removing the infobox image altogether, as the image was of a character she portrays, not herself. The exact same reason you removed the image people kept trying to add to the infobox of Alexa Nikolas, because it was of her character on Zoey 101, not herself. Amaury19:59, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

It was also a fairly poor image as well. Geraldo Perez (talk) 20:09, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Geraldo, I have reverted a recent attempt to reintroduce the problematic image and have started a discussion on the talk page if you are interested in commenting. Amaury02:17, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

You know more than I do in this department. Is the recently added image by Techoliver298 free use? Amaury22:47, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Grabbed from her instagram but claimed as owned by the uploader. Tagged on Commons as needing proof of stated free-use release which won't be forthcoming so will likely get deleted in a week or so. Geraldo Perez (talk) 23:19, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I'm looking at making an overhaul to the tables I use on my user page and talk page that show the number of edits/discussions, mainly highlighting one cell, for example, as green if there were more edits or discussions from the previous month/year. I'm also looking at making the entire table's borders black so the table looks nicer. I'm not a big fan of the default gray. I know I can add border: 1px solid #000000; to the individual cells with the already existing style thing there, like "Total," but that's a little tedious. Is there a way to add that so that it applies to the entire table at once? My tables start with {| class="wikitable" style="text-align: center", and I have tried making that {| class="wikitable" style="text-align: center; border: 1px solid #000000;" to no avail. I've done it before when I was keeping track of ratings just for fun in several sandbox pages and doing the same thing I want to do now of highlighting the difference from the previous episode's ratings in my sandbox pages, but I've since had those pages deleted and don't remember what I did. Thanks in advance. Amaury23:23, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
