If you're curious, the name is one I've used at the Sydney Morning Herald's [2] blogs. While I may be (proudly?) 25% Canadian, I'm about as American as you get otherwise.

I work for the US Federal Department of Administration FDA, so I've been trying to add a little more info on those pages.
