Proposing changes to article

It appears that the draft that you have submitted contains substantial changes to the existing article Rosamond Jacob. Articles for Creation is not used to review substantial changes to articles, but only to review proposed new articles. If you think that changes to an existing article are in order, you should outline them on the article talk page, Talk:Rosamond Jacob. There may or may not be discussion. If there is discussion, take part in the discussion. If there is no discussion, because the article talk page is not being watched, then you should follow the Bold, Revert, Discuss cycle by making bold edits to the article, preferably one paragraph or section at a time, and discussing them if you are reverted. I hope that this clarifies the process of revising an article. Thank you for your interest in revising an article in Wikipedia. If you have any questions, you may ask at the Teahouse.
