Any way to make the Mouse Wheel Scroll setting track with LocalStorage?

I use Comfyui from a PC and from a mac. With the mac I use the trackpad and want the mouse wheel panning behavior, because it does the X and Y panning scroll, and pinch works great to zoom there. With a PC the mouse wheel works much better in the zoom mode. Unfortunately this setting is saved and preserved globally at the server so I keep having to dig into it and toggle it, which is annoying.

If we can't preserve the setting on a per client basis, there is a bunch of stuff on the UI on the bottom right that it would be very suitable to add another toggle there for controlling this manually.

Also, there is a keybind system that should have this setting as one of the options that we can assign a keybind to but i cannot find it in that system either.
