推特 API 无法调用，现在网页永远显示页面不存在，几天前测试就这样了

twitter经常自己变，我的看法是它经常没有经过仔细测试就更新网站。
前一段时间twitter不能通过我的代理访问，现在又可以了，实际上我没有修改任何内容：
