"Could not find java.util.List in this hierarchy!" after updating to 2.0.0

After I updated to 2.0 from 1.3, I started getting [DEBUG] log messages:

12:07:11.925 [main] DEBUG s.c.typehierarchy.ViewTypeHierarchy - Could not find java.lang.Throwable in this hierarchy!

And many more on basically all Java stdlib classes. Fortunately, the analysis does not fail, but I'm afraid it might break in the future when I call some other functionality.

Here is how I set up:

val inputLocation: AnalysisInputLocation = JavaClassPathAnalysisInputLocation(jar.absolutePathString())
val view = JavaView(inputLocation)

val allClasses = view.classes
for (sootClass in allClasses) {
    for (method in sootClass.methods) {

did you add the RuntimeLibrary (e.g. via DefaultRuntimeJarAnalysisInputLocation) to the AnalysisInputlocations of the View?
(On the other hand if it was not added in the past, the information about its classes would not have been found in 1.3.0.)
