Cheyenne Jackson (Newport, Washington, 12 de Julho de 1975) é um actor e cantor americano. Começou no teatro regional quando se mudou para Seattle, e depois de se mudar para Nova Iorque, fez sua estreia na Broadway em 2002 na substituição de ambos os protagonistas masculinos no musical vencedor de Tony Award, Millie. Em 2005, ele riginou o seu papel de liderança na primeira All Shook Up da Broadway que lhe valeu um Prêmio Mundial do Teatro para "Melhor Estreia da Broadway".
Jackson nasceu em Idaho e foi criado em Newport.
