Embiid generated 34 points (11-28 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 11-12 FT), 10 rebounds, eight assists, two blocks and one steal across 38 minutes in Tuesday's 139-136 overtime win over the Grizzlies.

Embiid returned from a one-game absence due to a sprained right ankle Tuesday, racking up a team-high-tying 34 points over a season-high 38 minutes. He also grabbed a team-best 10 rebounds en route to his second double-double in 14 regular-season appearances. Additionally, Embiid set a new season-high mark in assists. While availability continues to be an issue for the star big man, he has been productive when on the hardwood of late. The 31-year-old center has scored 22 or more points in five consecutive appearances, including three outings with at least 31 points over that stretch.

Collins (illness) is available for Tuesday's game against the Kings, Joey Linn of SI.com reports.

Collins will shed his questionable tag and return to action after missing Sunday's win over Detroit due to an illness. The 28-year-old forward has been a mainstay in the starting lineup since Nov. 10, and he has averaged 13.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 27.0 minutes per game across 10 outings during December. Nicolas Batum will likely see his minutes dip with Collins available.

Koloko is in the Grizzlies' starting lineup against the 76ers on Tuesday, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.

For the final game within his 10-day contract, Koloko will enter the Grizzlies' starting lineup for the first time this season while Santi Aldama comes off the bench. Koloko has played at least 25 minutes in back-to-back games and gives the Grizzlies added size against 2022-23 MVP Joel Embiid.

Drummond is not in the 76ers' starting lineup against the Grizzlies on Tuesday, Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Drummond will revert to a bench role Tuesday after Joel Embiid (ankle/illness) was cleared to return from a one-game absence. Drummond has failed to reach double-digit points in five of his last seven outings, and since Dec. 2 he has averaged 6.5 points, 8.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 0.8 blocks over 19.0 minutes per game.

Embiid (ankle/illness) is available for Tuesday's game against the Grizzlies.

Embiid missed Sunday's loss to the Thunder due to a sprained right ankle and is also under the weather, though he'll shed his questionable tag and suit up Tuesday. The star big man has averaged 24.5 points, 7.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 blocks in 30.0 minutes per game across six appearances in December. With Embiid back in action, Andre Drummond will slide to the second unit.

Landale (calf) is available for Tuesday's game against the 76ers.

Landale will shed his questionable tag and return from a two-game absence due to a right calf strain. With the big man back in action, Christian Koloko may see a dip in minutes. Across nine appearances (one start) in December, Landale has averaged 11.2 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 23.1 minutes per contest.

Harris has been ruled out for the rest of Tuesday's game against the Lakers due to a left hip sprain.

Harris limped to the locker room during the first quarter of Tuesday's game, and after being evaluated by medical staff, it was determined that his injury was severe enough for him to be held out for the rest of the contest. Ronald Holland, Javonte Green and Isaiah Stewart are in line for more minutes for the rest of Tuesday's game in Harris' absence.

Harris (undisclosed) exited to the locker room in the first quarter of Tuesday's game against the Lakers, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.

It's unclear why Harris headed to the locker room, though he was seen with a slight limp on his way to the back. He can be considered questionable to return until more information comes to light. If the veteran forward is unable to return, Isaiah Stewart and Ronald Holland are candidates to pick up the slack the rest of the way.

Batum is not in the Clippers' starting lineup against the Kings on Tuesday, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.

Batum made his third start of the season during Sunday's 112-99 win over the Pistons, when he logged 12 points, four rebounds, one assist and one steal over 31 minutes. He'll return to the bench for Tuesday's contest after John Collins (illness) was cleared to play.

Hachimura (calf) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Pistons and will also miss the Lakers' two-game set against the Grizzlies on Friday and Sunday, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.

Head coach JJ Redick relayed to reporters Tuesday that the Lakers are aiming to have Hachimura available early next week, which would put him on track to return against the Pelicans on Tuesday, Jan. 6. The Lakers will likely turn to Dalton Knecht, Jake LaRavia, Nick Smith and Jarred Vanderbilt to help fill the void left by Hachimura and Austin Reaves (calf).

Hendricks will start against the Celtics on Tuesday.

The 22-year-old forward will get the starting nod for the first time since Nov. 5, pushing Svi Mykhailiuk to the bench. In three starts so far this season, Hendricks has averaged 5.3 points and 5.7 rebounds in 19.0 minutes per contest.

Aldama is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the 76ers, Damichael Cole of The Memphis Commercial Appeal reports.

Aldama will return to the bench after starting in the Grizzlies' last three games. He's averaging 13.0 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.0 steals per game when coming off the bench.

LaRavia is in the Lakers' starting lineup against the Pistons on Tuesday, Daniel Starkand of LakersNation.com reports.

LaRavia will make his 10th start of the regular season Tuesday due to the absence of Rui Hachimura (calf). LaRavia has scored in double digits in four of his last five outings, and over that span he has averaged 10.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.0 threes, 1.2 steals and 0.8 blocks over 28.4 minutes per game.

Dieng (calf) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Portland.

Dieng will miss his sixth consecutive contest due to a right calf strain, though his absence shouldn't affect the Oklahoma City rotation. He is without a timetable for a return and can be considered week-to-week until the Thunder offer an update on his recovery.

Flowers (knee) is out for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans.

Flowers remains sidelined due to a knee injury. He's made just two appearances at the NBA level this season, so his continued absence won't affect the Chicago rotation. His next chance to play will come Friday against the Magic.

Miller (hamstring) is out for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans.

Miller hasn't played at the NBA level since Dec. 7. Even if he's cleared to play in the near future, he's not likely to see enough minutes to be a valuable fantasy option off the bench for the Bulls.

Johnson (illness) is off the injury report for Wednesday's game against Minnesota.

After sitting out Monday's loss to the Thunder with an illness, Johnson is seemingly feeling better and is set to play Wednesday. Vit Krejci will likely slide back to the bench as a result. Johnson has been on a tear of late, averaging 26.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, 10.3 assists and 1.1 steals in 37.4 minutes per contest over his last 13 appearances.

Strawther is probable for Wednesday's game against the Raptors with an illness.

Strawther is likely to play through an illness, but his presence hasn't caused major waves in the Denver rotation. He hasn't played at least 20 minutes since the Nov. 8 win over the Pacers.

White notched 27 points (8-16 FG, 2-10 3Pt, 9-9 FT), seven rebounds, seven blocks and six assists across 36 minutes in Tuesday's 129-119 win over the Jazz.

After scoring 12 points on 5-of-16 shooting in Sunday's loss to the Trail Blazers, White bounced back with a team-high 27 points against Utah. His seven rebounds were also a team-high mark. However, the 6-foot-4 guard's biggest contribution came on the defensive end. The 31-year-old tallied a career-high seven blocks, and he has recorded multiple swats in 11 of his 31 regular-season appearances. He is the first guard and the first Celtics player in NBA history to produce that stat line, according to Sean Grande of NBC Sports Boston.

George tallied 37 points (13-24 FG, 6-12 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven assists, six rebounds and one steal over 39 minutes during the Jazz's 129-119 loss to the Celtics on Tuesday.

George was able to shake off a questionable tag due to an illness Tuesday, which didn't seem to impact him at all given his proficiency from the field. He came out firing with 23 points in the first half (including 15 in the first quarter), and his six three-pointers were a season high. The third-year pro has scored at least 31 points in two of his last three outings, and over his last nine games he has averaged 30.8 points on 49.4 percent shooting (including 45.7 percent from three), 7.0 assists, 5.2 rebounds, 4.1 threes and 1.2 steals over 36.9 minutes per game.

Ellis won't start against the Clippers on Tuesday, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.

With Keegan Murray (calf) returning to action, Ellis will slide to the second unit. In eight appearances off the bench this month, the 25-year-old has averaged 3.0 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals in 16.3 minutes per contest.

Mykhailiuk is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Celtics.

Mykhailiuk has started every one of his 30 appearances for the Jazz this season, but he'll run with the second unit in this one since Taylor Hendricks will jump into the starting five. Mykhailiuk is having a career-best season in 2025-26, averaging a personal-best 9.1 points across 24.8 minutes per game while shooting 40.1 percent from three-point range.

George (illness) is available for Tuesday's game against the Celtics.

George popped up on the injury report due to an illness, but he has been cleared to play in Tuesday's interconference clash. The third-year pro has been playing well of late, scoring 20-plus points in each of his last eight outings while averaging 30.0 points, 7.0 assists, 5.1 rebounds, 3.9 threes and 1.3 steals over 36.8 minutes per game over that span.

Head coach Nick Nurse hasn't ruled out the possibility of Oubre (knee) returning during Philadelphia's road trip that ends Saturday against the Knicks, Tony Jones of The Athletic reports.

Oubre participated in 3-on-3 work Tuesday and is expected to be re-evaluated before Thursday's contest against the Mavericks. The veteran swingman hasn't played since Nov. 14 due to a sprained LCL in his left knee, though he appears to be inching closer to a return. The Sixers are expected to provide an update on Oubre's status by Wednesday night.

Morant tallied 40 points (16-22 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 8-10 FT), three assists, two rebounds and two steals over 34 minutes during the Grizzlies' 139-136 overtime loss to the 76ers on Tuesday.

Morant entered Tuesday's contest having dished out 17 assists over his last two outings, but he was a far more aggressive scorer against Philadelphia. He put the Grizzlies on his back with 18 points in the fourth quarter, and his six points in overtime brought him to the 40-point mark for the first time this season and 10th time in his NBA career. Morant played 34 minutes and appears to be past a left ankle sprain that caused him to miss four straight games recently. He'll have two days to rest before the Grizzlies' next game Friday against the Lakers.

Giddey is slated to miss "at least a few weeks" due to a left hamstring strain he sustained during Monday's loss to the Timberwolves, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.

Giddey has been the centerpiece of the Bulls' offense this season, with the fifth-year pro averaging career highs in points (19.2), rebounds (8.9), assists (9.0) and three-point percentage (38.6 percent) through 30 regular-season games. The 23-year-old point guard doesn't have a clear timeline for his return, but he likely won't be available to return until at least late January. The Bulls will turn to Tre Jones, Ayo Dosunmu, Jevon Carter and Kevin Huerter to take on more sizable roles in the rotation for as long as Giddey and Coby White (calf) are sidelined.

Kolek is probable for Wednesday's game against the Spurs with right ankle soreness.

Kolek played through the issue during Monday's win over New Orleans, and the expectation remains the same for Wednesday. The 12 minutes he saw Monday were his fewest since the Dec. 9 win in Toronto, so it looks like Miles McBride's recent return has a drastic effect on Kolek's playing time.

Castle is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Knicks with a left thumb sprain, per Jeff Garcia of KENS 5 San Antonio.

The 2024 first-rounder could join Devin Vassell (adductor) as a spectator. If Castle is sidelined, Dylan Harper and Keldon Johnson would both be in line for an expanded role in the San Antonio backcourt Wednesday.

Giddey (hamstring) is out for Wednesday's game against the Pelicans.

Giddey exited Monday's loss to the Timberwolves with a left hamstring injury, and that same injury will keep him out Wednesday. The Bulls will also be without Coby White (calf), so Ayo Dosunmu and Tre Jones figure to operate as the starting backcourt against New Orleans, while Kevin Huerter and Jevon Carter should see more minutes off the bench as well.
