Bills' Christian Benford: Posts three stops in Week 17 loss
Benford recorded three solo tackles and two pass defenses during the Bills' 13-12 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
All three of Benford's tackles came in the first half, and his two pass defenses were a season high. The fourth-year corner is up to 43 tackles (32 solo), including 2.0 sacks, four pass defenses (one interception and a pick-six) and two fumble recoveries (including one for a touchdown) through 14 regular-season games.

Bills' Matt Milano: Logs seven stops vs. Philadelphia
Milano logged seven tackles (four solo), including 0.5 sacks, during the Bills' 13-12 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
Milano and Greg Rousseau combined for a two-yard sack on Jalen Hurts late in the third quarter. Milano is up to 67 combined tackles and 3.5 sacks through 12 regular-season games, and his sack total matches his career high that he set in 2020 (across 10 regular-season games). His final opportunity to set a new career high in sacks is this Sunday against the Jets.

Bills' Terrel Bernard: Won't play Week 18
Head coach Sean McDermott told reporters Monday that Bernard (calf) will not play in the Bills' regular-season finale against the Jets on Sunday, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.
Bernard suffered a calf injury during the second quarter of the Bills' 13-12 loss to the Eagles on Sunday and did not return. He'll be sidelined for Week 18 and aim to progress enough in his recovery to be available for the wild-card round of the postseason. Joe Andreessen and Dorian Williams are poised for larger roles on defense in Bernard's absence.

Bills' Jackson Hawes: No targets Sunday
Hawes wasn't targeted while playing 21 of the Bills' 73 offensive snaps during Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Eagles.
Hawes operated as the Bills' No. 2 tight end during Sunday's loss, playing behind Dawson Knox (5-30-0) while Dalton Kincaid (knee) was sidelined. However, this didn't translate to an increase in production, as Hawes wasn't targeted in Week 17. Across 16 appearances this season, the rookie from Georgia Tech has caught 15 of 18 targets for 187 yards and three touchdowns. He's expected to remain a depth option in Buffalo's TE room in the Week 18 matchup against the Jets.

Bills' Gabe Davis: Blanks in Week 17
Davis failed to catch his lone target while playing 28 of the Bills' 73 offensive snaps during Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Eagles.
The 26-year-old wideout was inactive in each of the Bills' last two games prior to Sunday's loss. Since signing with Buffalo in early September, Davis has appeared in five games and caught seven of 11 targets for 88 yards. He's expected to remain a depth option in the Bills' receiving corps in the Week 18 matchup against the Jets.

Bills' Tyrell Shavers: Two catches in Week 17
Shavers caught two of three targets for 36 yards during Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Eagles.
The 26-year-old played the second-most snaps (42) of any Buffalo wideout during Sunday's loss, trailing just Khalil Shakir (56 snaps). Shavers also finished with the second-most receiving yards on the team, eclipsing 30 yards for the first time since the Week 11 win over the Buccaneers. Expect the San Diego State product to remain one of the Bills' top receiving options in the Week 18 matchup against the Jets.

Bills' Ray Davis: Two touches vs. Philly
Davis caught his lone target for 12 yards and rushed once for four yards during Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Eagles. He added 84 kick-return yards on three attempts.
Davis played nine offensive snaps during Sunday's loss and received a carry for the second consecutive game. The second-year pro from Kentucky has now rushed 37 times for 124 yards and caught eight of 11 targets for 63 yards and a touchdown through 16 games this season. He's been one of the NFL's most dynamic kick returners, averaging 30.7 yards per return and totaling 921 yards on the year. Expect Davis to remain a depth option in the Bills' backfield while contributing on special teams in the Week 18 matchup against the Jets, though he could see extra action if the Bills decide to ease back on starters like James Cook now that the AFC East title is out of reach for the playoff-bound Bills.

Bills' Joshua Palmer: One catch in loss to Philly
Palmer caught one of two targets for 12 yards in Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Eagles.
Palmer has exactly one catch in three straight games, totaling 30 scoreless yards. He's way off the fantasy map headed into Week 18 against the Jets and figures to continue playing rotational snaps in Buffalo's hodgepodge receiver corps during the postseason.

Bills' Josh Allen: Postgame X-rays negative
Allen (foot) underwent X-rays after Sunday's 13-12 loss to the Eagles and received negative results, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Allen began Week 17 as a limited participant at practice due to soreness in his right foot, but he upgraded to full reps by Friday and played the entire game Sunday. It's possible that Allen's postgame X-rays were merely precautionary, rather than indicative of a setback. With the Bills already locked into a wild-card spot but having no chance of catching the Patriots for the AFC East title, the star signal-caller could be shut down for the regular-season finale against the Jets in Week 18.
