Growing up in Natick Massachusetts, Sue Smith began her career working at Media One, a local cable television studio in Wayland, Massachusetts as a Production and Programming Manager. Leaving to pursue work on the independent film scene, she worked as a Unit Production Manager on "Gabriella" and "An American Dream", two feature length independent feature films shot entirely in Boston.
Moving to California in 2000, Sue is currently a union member in good standing at Local 871 and a member of the Producers Guild of America. She has worked on such studio films as "Kill Bill 1 & 2", "The Aviator", "No Country For Old Men", "Friends With Benefits", and "The Front Runner". Turning towards the streaming world last year, Sue has worked on the Paramount Network's, "Yellowstone", and "The Underground Railroad" for Amazon.
Inspired by years of working in the industry, Sue is hard at work putting together scripts to pitch and looking forward to moving towards creative Producing.
