Nicholas Wenger is a writer, director and editor based in Los Angeles. His short film The Kid, saw success on the festival circuit before being featured on DUST (Gunpowder & Sky), where it became their most popular stand-alone film on Facebook with 60M+ views. It's a thrilling, sci-fi action piece starring Ellen Wroe (For All Mankind) and Evan Alex (Us). Wenger studied directing and editing at USC's School of Cinematic Arts, where his short films played numerous festivals, and paved the way for success as a commercial director. He's worked with a wide array of respected brands including Chevrolet, Durex, Johnny Walker, KPMG, and Visa. His work has been honored at the Cannes Lions Festival, the World Cup in Sao Påolo, and he is the proud recipient of the Panavision New Filmmaker Award, the W3 Award and the Communicator Award. His editing work spans multiple formats and genres, including Goliath (Amazon), Bless This Mess (ABC), Bar Fight (Warner/IFC) and the unscripted program Wonder Women (Hallmark), which won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Travel & Adventure Program.
