Airing on ABC on Tuesday, January 21 at 9 p.m. Et, the new installment will see Morgan and Karadec investigate a particularly bizarre murder scene. The official synopsis reads: "A nanny is found bludgeoned to death in the park. Elsewhere, Morgan interferes when Elliot admits to not being invited to his classmate’s party."

The clip opens with Morgan trying to convince Karadec to taste her sandwich at the diner, while the detective emphasizes the importance of being discreet during their stakeout. In typical Morgan fashion, she counters his reprimand with humor, and he appears unamused. Before the banter can go any further, Karadec spots their suspect buying a newspaper across the street. Love Is Blind Season 7's Monica Davis gave us one of the most iconic breakup scenes in the show's history. While breaking up with Stephen Richardson following his "disgusting" texts to another woman, the sales executive asked her ex-fiancè to Venmo her the money he owed, right then and there. Leading up to that moment, Stephen had expressed doubts about getting married. Monica had also called him out for not fulfilling his promises, like giving her flowers.

Fans thought it was "materialistic" of her. But speaking with Monica in this exclusive interview with TheThings, I discovered that Stephen needed those call-outs. For instance, even producers agreed he talked too much (hence Monica shutting him down), he was hoping to just move in and not get married, and he lied about his real employment status. High Potential is a new detective series starring Kaitlin Olson as a single mom named Morgan who helps solve crimes by rearranging evidence during her work as a cleaner for the police department. Olson is best known for her work playing Dee Reynolds on the beloved comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. In addition to Olson, High Potential features a leading cast including Javicia Leslie, Daniel Sunjata, Deniz Akdeniz, Amirah J, Matthew Lamb, and Judy Reyes.
