Julianna Kurokawa is a British actress of Japanese-Egyptian descent. Her recent work includes Netflix's The Union with Mark Wahlberg and Halle Berry, a recurring guest role in Avenue 5, Armando Iannucci's science fiction comedy TV series for HBO, as well as guest roles in Netflix's The Witcher and Amazon's Peripheral. She will soon be seen in the upcoming TV series Haven (Amazon) with Sophie Turner and feature films alongside Miles Teller, John Cena and Idris Elba for Apple+ and Amazon. Julianna has also voiced the lead character in Aliens: Dark Descent for Disney/Fox, released June 2023.
Prior to acting, Julianna was the bassist for the indie rock group Little Death, whose influences included Pixies, My Bloody Valentine, Nirvana and The Smashing Pumpkins. She is now the lead singer and bassist for the band Chelsea Girls.
