Jon Adler is an Executive Producer based in New York City. He is the Head of Talent & Content Development at EverWonder Studio, a new independent content studio led by Emmy and Peabody Award-winning producers and backed by RedBird Capital Partners and Jeff Zucker - the former President of NBC Universal, CNN, and Turner Sports. At EverWonder, he leads the development team in identifying innovative projects and cultivating relationships within the creative community among production companies, filmmakers, and content creators.
Adler previously served as the Senior VP of Program Development for CNN Original Series. There, he led the development of numerous series for CNN, HLN, and CNN+. Among these is the Emmy Award-winning series, Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy.
As an Executive Producer, he personally won three Primetime Emmys for Outstanding Hosted Nonfiction Series or Special (2023, 2022, 2021). His slate also included The Murdochs: The Empire of Influence, which was named one of the best TV shows of 2022 by The New Yorker.
Adler's career began at CAA where worked in the Broadcast News and Nonfiction TV departments. He is a graduate of Tufts University, with a major in English Literature and a Minor in Mass Communications. He is also a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Producers Guild of America.
