Patrick Andrew(I)

Patrick Andrew is a television executive with a wealth of experience in acquisitions, finance and corporate finance. He started his career with Ogilvy, Benson and Mather which was considered the premier advertising agency in the television business. Mr Andrew worked for Hollywood icon, Sidney Korshak, specifically as an advisor to the IATSE Union and then went on to work in finance and acquisitions for Spelling Entertainment specifically on Melrose Place and other Spelling Productions. During that period, Spelling Entertainment was owned and operated by Hollywood icon, Aaron Spelling. Following the sale of the company to CBS Television Studios, Patrick Andrew went to work for Wanda Prometheus investors, an Asian-based fund specializing in investing in television assets. The fund was eventually acquired by the Shanghai Development Corporation after which Andrew went to work for Wanda-Halcyon Television as Head of Acquisitions and Managing Director for both Europe and Asia. Wanda-Halcyon Television was eventually sold to Un Nouveau Jour. Patrick Andrew still acts as an advisor to the company.
