Hollywood, Jan. 20--Metro says Grace Kelly will be back at work on a second picture by the end of May--April honeymoon with her prince not withstanding. Cyd Charisse will be her co-star in "Designing Woman." Grace will enact a fashion designer. Cyd a TV star and both gals will be in love with Jimmy Stewart. Helen Rose, who suggested this story, is creating gowns like mad . . .
