When Michael arrives at Carol's apartment, he's carrying a pot of flowers. The flowers he takes out of the car are a very light pink. After he enters the apartment, the flowers he's holding are completely different---a much darker, brighter pink and their shape and arrangement are also different.
When Michael first arrives at Fritz's place and sits down, he has his hands crossed at the back of his neck. In the very next shot, a close-up, he sits in a different position.
At the end when Fritz is riding a go-cart, he is thrown off the go-cart and on to a horse. A few shots later, he is still on the go-cart but driving through the village and through the market.
Dr. Fassbender's mouth does not move when he says "Miss Lefevre, I can stand it no longer! For the love of you I die!"
In the first visit Michael has with Liz, she goes into the bathroom, and while he is contemplating some fuzz pulled from her outfit there's a shadow of a stagehand (probably) briefly crossing in the background.
When the anarchist's bomb explodes, Carole does not react to it, although everybody else does.
