She plays a well dressed/coiffured and otherwise coherent young woman who is brought in for medication after claiming to see vampires. Obstensibly this is an in-joke on her role of Buffy the Vampire Slayer but it also may have a deeper significance. In the Buffy episode 'Normal Again' the possibility is raised that Buffy is really a mental patient and that her being the Slayer is a 7 year long delusion which ends with her regaining her sanity at the finale of the final episode of the series. Her appearance on the final episodes of All My Children is therefore suggestive of post-Asylum Buffy having a temporary relapse.
