In the junkyard scenes, the crane's attachment switches from a claw to a magnet and back to a claw again.
Taglines mention Cleopatra Jones is 6' 2". About 15 minutes into the movie when she flashes her Special Agent ID at the airport for the local police, it clearly shows her height as 5' 10" .
During the chase scene, the red Mustang starts off with no hubcaps. Later in the shot, one flies off. In later scenes, it loses the remaining hubcaps.
During the big car chase, after the blue car first flips on its side, a blue rope can be seen holding the hood and grille in place. Later, the rope is gone again.
Tiffany sings to a cordless microphone. When she puts the mic to the stand for applause, it has a cord attached.
The close-up of her ID card shows an entry of "Age: 24" rather than her Date Of Birth (DOB). Unless a new ID was issued on her birthday every year (and there is no expiration date on this one), there's no reason for an ID to show data that would become incorrect over time. It should show her DOB, not her age.
During the car chase in the Los Angeles River, in one brief shot, just before the blue Ford flips for the last time, Jones is shown with the image reversed. Her Corvette is suddenly right-hand drive. This was presumably done to keep the perspective of the long shots of the Ford being on her left.
When the tow trucks are attacking Doodlebug's limo, one drives away and the image has been reversed by the obvious backwards lettering on the side of the truck.
At the beginning of the film when the North American FJ-3 Fury attacks the poppy field, it is not carrying any ordnance under its wings, only the typical 200 gallon fuel drop tanks - which it still clearly has as it flies away doing a "victory roll".
