Almost 100 years after he retired from competitive golf, Bobby Jones remains the greatest amateur golfer of all time winning nearly half of the 31 major championships he entered and finishing in the top ten in all but four.
Bobby Jones bought the land and, along with his friend, Clifford Roberts, built the Augusta National Golf Club and created the Augusta National Invitational. Now called The Masters.
Alistair Begg, who plays Scottish golf pro Stewart Maiden, is himself an avid golfer and fellow Scotsman. He was born in Glasgow and immigrated to the United States in 1983 to pastor the Parkside Church in Chagrin Falls Ohio. He can be heard daily on the Truth For Life radio program.
