After her mom dies the story jumps 20 years into current day, she says that her mom died when she was 5, which would make her at the very least 25 years old. They say she's 20, and also in High School.

(at around 23 mins) Jordan is lying on her bed writing in a notebook with her left hand. The shot switches to a front close up and she is writing with her right hand. She is then immediately shown writing with her left hand, then right hand again.

It beggars belief that someone hours away from being executed would be allowed a visit from a total stranger who had no connection with the alleged crime at all.

(at around 40 mins) As the SUV drives into the restaurant forecourt, a set of floodlights is reflected in its side windows.
