The film has enormous personal relevance for Glenn Close who recalled her own mother, in her 80s, telling her that she felt she had accomplished nothing in her life.
The two scenes set on the Concorde supersonic jet were filmed on 28 November 2016 on an actual retired Concorde at Scotland's National Museum of Flight.
Though set in Stockholm, the majority of the film was shot in Glasgow.
The development process for this film took fourteen years.
