The storytelling here was a little jagged, but once we get used to the flashbacks and the interview, it made sense. One had to feel sorry for the young woman who was left with only the present.
Both the psychologist and House seem to have different theories as to what went on behind the scenes. House continues to heal, but his counseling only seems to work on the periphery. House, the impatient, wants answers, but they are slow in coming. The business with House and Wilson goes on and on with many intriguing twists and turns. On the one hand Greg is in command, but when it comes to his own well-being he doens't have the tools of normalcy.

A man collapsed at the altar as he is about to be made the husband of a young woman. The investigation into his condition brings up a history of a male relationship. Not admitting his gayness now, he goes back to the time he was put through the correction process. The man he lived with resurfaces. The young bride to be is stunned and confused. The history ultimately had nothing to do with his past.
The unrelated second story continues the tale of house messing with Taub (who deserves it). Also, efforts by Chase and Foreman to engage house in friendly activities outside the hospital. Whenever people get close to him, he moves back into his dark place.

Let's see. Let's do an episode where the principles are involved in an open marriage. No criticism. This is a situation drama. Believe it or not, the case itself isn't the crux of this one.
First, we have House and his bromance with Wilson, as he tries to drive Wilson's ex out of the relationship. He makes it look like she is doing all kinds of things that annoy Felix Unger, excuse me, Wilson, blaming the woman.
Then we have Taub, who is intrigued by the open marriage, has been coming on to a young attractive (but obviously vacuous) nurse. We watch as he betrays a loving wife. He is a brilliant doctor, but the subplot is a bit of a stretch.
