I was initially put off by watching this film, as i had heard that it was not good at all, or not as good as the original. I finally watched this on tv release rather than the cinema.

Whilst I do agree it is not as good as the classic Mary Poppins and does not compare, I still think it is a good film in its own right and enjoyed it. I don't understand how some people can be that totally bored for the short amount of time to watch a film, honestly? ... It's not that bad!

What i was disappointed about is all of the new songs, although charming and enjoyable to watch, sung well and entertaining with great animations, dancing, and acting, the songs are absolutely not memorable in the slightest and fell flat, i even found some songs so fast and wordy, i couldn't quite understand them. I believe they were trying to replicate the tempo and style from the original film but sadly they are incomparable. I still was charmed by them but completely lacking in catchiness. You won't be humming any of these songs.

I however really enjoyed watching and glad i finally saw this. I liked the storyline and thought it tied everything nicely. I felt Emily Blunt was practically perfect in every way. The little nods to the classic was really lovely. Very sweet and imaginative with wonderful graphics.

Dick van Dyke was kind of the highlight. His tune was probably the catchiest of the whole film.

I'd definitely recommend watching, take it for what it is, try not to compare to the first film, expect the songs to not be as good but enjoy the fun, delight and charm of it all.

This would be 10/10 based on the first 2 seasons. Absolutely enjoyed it and the character's were brilliant. Completely got into it and there was so much potential in the third season to bring these characters back, so many unanswered questions and stories to be had. Then i started watching the third season, terrible new characters, bad acting, what were the writers thinking? Bring back the old gang and storyline!! Definitely watch first 2 seasons and avoid the third like the plague.

Truly awful. Badly written, terrible casting. Stop bringing politics into it and the man hating, so much i can complain about. We want to escape from reality not watch it in charmed!

You had so much to work with from the original charmed... All those kids! Yet you ruin it with this remake drivel. Someone should be fired for this.

I cannot unwatch this show.
