Just watched the third episode. The family drama and the romantic tension between Mook and the security guard are mostly good. Other than that, most of the men seem either depressed or into weird stuff. And the three women characters-did anyone even write their dialogues, or are they just saying whatever they feel like? This time, they're talking about politics.
It's been three episodes, and nothing big has happened yet. They just keep building up mystery in every episode, but I'm still waiting for something exciting to happen. At least a fight between Saxon and Greg would be fun to watch. The comedy works here and there, but overall, it's still just decent. 2.5/5.

Just finished the second episode, and it feels like a mix of Nine Perfect Strangers, The Perfect Couple, and seasons 1 and 2 of this show. I also think the writing isn't as good as previous seasons, especially the dialogues given to the three women characters. They're so typical, and almost every one of their scenes feels the same. Even though the actresses playing these characters are attractive and their acting is fine, their roles seem to slow the show down.
So far, my favorites are Mook (super likable), Saxon (maybe named that because he always wants sex), and Chelsea. I hope Greg at least does something crazy, because right now, even though I want to watch the next episode, there's no excitement. The episodes don't end with big cliffhangers or anything interesting to look forward to, but it's still a good watch. 3/5.

Just watched the first episode, and I don't know why it started with a random guy meditating. Then something happened, he got worried, went near a Buddha statue, and started praying to Jesus for his mom's safety. After that, he never came back-his storyline will likely connect to something in a later episode.
Then, one by one, the characters met the hotel staff. One of them was Lisa. I haven't seen much of her before, but so many people were excited to see her in this show, and after watching her, I can understand why. I have her song Money in my playlist, but I don't know much about her. I was more excited to see Aimee Lou after loving her performance in Sex Education-she's kinda my favorite character this season.
The first episode started a bit slow, especially in the first 15 minutes, but it got interesting after that. I liked most of the new characters, and this season could turn out to be fun by the end. But right now, it feels like a mix of seasons 1 and 2-so many similar elements. I'm glad they brought back two characters from the previous season. One you've probably already seen in the trailer, and the other might be a pleasant surprise for you.
I loved the hotel location-it's so good. But I didn't understand why they kept talking about and bringing up the monkeys again and again. It feels like the monkeys are either fake or not even at the actual hotel location. Also, the water-I don't know why Mike White is so obsessed with water. If he were a god, he would have turned everyone into fish. He loves water way too much. No matter where the storyline is going, most of the time, we're just looking at water flowing. This happens in every season of this show.
Overall, I don't think it will be as good as season 1 or season 2 (which is my favorite so far), but it could still be an entertaining watch. 3.25/5.
