4.
5.
CT04 - Create Characteristics for Service specifications
6.
7.
AC01 - While creating Service Master, Click in Menu; Goto > Classification, and assign the class here for
Service Master and maintain specifications for Service Master under characteristics
8.
9.
ME21N - During Service PO, you can select the service master with desired specification, also you can get it
printed in PO output.
10.
11. ML81N - Service Entry Sheet, you can see the specifications
12.
13. AC10 - If you assign a class to several Service Masters then you can see the list of service masters with
specifications under this class in AC10 which is nothing but Class Hierarchy with Services.
My questions are:
a. Does a higher level service requires different service category? (like HIER) if so, I currently has no such category. What's
so special about this category ?
b. Is there any [Link] which displays multi-level hierarchy? (alike CS11)
you need to create service master with category HIER and then assign it to the service master.
