Dear Sir, We are pleased to confirm that your company is authorized to propose, discuss and negotiate on our behalf, all matters relating to our Insurance portfolio. The mandate is an exclusive appointment and shall be applicable for all Property and Casualty related insurance policies. This letter rescinds all previous appointments. Our right to alter the terms of this appointment or withdraw it shall be solely at our discretion. As our appointed broker, you shall render all insurance related services diligently and for our sole benefit as per the brokers code of conduct.
