.Mobilizes resources as needed, to achieve expected goal to
assist in achieving desired clinical outcomes within the desired
timeframe.

Ensure that patient tests are appropriate and necessary and are
carried out within the established timeframe.
Initiates and presents denial letters, as appropriate.
Complete expanded assessment of patients and family needs

impact of illness on individual family functioning and to

Provides education weekly to pre-operative Patients to better
prepare them for their Hospital stay and inform them of
resources in community to help during their recovery period.
