Final billing will be done as per actual measurement. The width less then one foot will be
considered one feet.

Work completion the from the date of confirmed advance and work order .

4 :

Wiper, storage of materials and electricity has to be provided by the client free of cost.

5 :

Police and other legalities will be on the client side.


Payment details

(a)

Advance 50% (total value of project) with work order.

(b)

30% (Total value of project) after framing.

(c)

10% (Total value of project) after framing Glass.

(e)

10% after completion of the work after one week.


Specification of the above as per the total area rates finalized will be calculated later
