INSTRUCTIONS
1) Log book shall be maintained regularly.
2) Log book shall be carried to the class room/Lab and entry shall be made at the end of each class/ Lab.
3) It shall be produced once in a week to the head of section
4) It shall be used for all subjects handled by each staff during his stay in the institution.
5) This book shall be handed over to the head of section when the staff leaves the institution or applies
for long leave.
6) This book shall be written in as much comprehensive manner as possible so that another staff can
follow it up during his absence, if it becomes necessary.
7) Syllabus coverage shall be uniform.
8) Time scheduled prescribed by department shall be adhered to.
9) Log book shall contain an entry regarding the CLs/Slip test/unit test/industrial visits/seminars/on duty
s Etc.,
10) Log book shall be produced before the inspecting authority as and when required.
