 PROBLEM STATEMENT:-

In exit interview is process of collecting information from the employees those who
are leaving the organization to get better opportunities and as through the exit
interview.

Thus our Study is to know more about Exit Interview method & process at
Hubergroup India Private Limited.

 OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY:-

 To study the exit interviews at Huber group India Private Ltd

 To know the reasons for exit Huber group India Private Ltd.

 To suggest/recommend some changes with reference to exit interview.

 HYPOTHESIS OF THE STUDY:-

H0:- there is no significant relationship between exit interview feedback and


employee retention.

H1:- There is significant relationship between exit interview feedback and


employee retention.

 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, it is essential to articulate the


manner in which it is to be conducted, i.e., the research process is to be carried out in
a certain framework. The research methodology, which follows, is the backbone of
the study.

 RESEARCH DESIGN:-
The research consist descriptive study.

 SOUURCE OF THE DATA:-


Sources of data for our research study are appraisal forms, internet, jouranals,
books and respondent data.

 DATACOLLECTION METHOD:-

Research work has been done from two method.


I. Primary Data
II. Secondary Data

 Primary data was collected through the survey method, whereas we have used
data collection instrument i.e. structured questionnaire. The data was
collected from the employees who either left the organization and even
leaving (on notice period) the organization.

 Secondary data on the other hand are those which have already been collected
by someone else and which have already been passes through the statistical
process. The research has to decide which sort of the data he would be using
for his study accordingly he will have to select on or the other method of data
collection.

 It was collected from the selection & recruitment records of this organization,
literature reviews, journals and legal documents also from management books
related to recruiting methods.

 POPULATION:-

The total number of employees at Huber group India Pvt. Ltd is 2000 in vapi unit.

 SAMPLING METHOD:-
From our research study we have undertaken convenient sampling method for
selecting the sample. So for the purpose of my research study we have taken the
sample size is 51.

The information collected through above methods has been tabulated, analyzed
and interpreted. Finally an overall statement of the contribution of top
management has been made towards improving the effectiveness of the
organization.

 DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENT:-

We have collected the data through questionnaires by company itself the sample
of employees for our research study.

 LIMITATION OF THE STUDY:-

 The behavior of the employee is changing every day, so there may be a chance
that couple of elements might not been included in this study.
 The literature review done on the basis of electronic resources and by searching
from libraries of some reputed institute of India. There is a probability that a few
of the literatures which were not available on these places might have not been
reported and considered for the current research.
 In qualitative as well as quantitative methods, non-probability convenience
purposive and snow ball sampling were used, hence the limitations of these
sampling technique exists in the study.
