NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT ACT 1881 ON BEHALF OF MY
CLIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPLE LOAN AMOUNT OF RS. 10
LAC ALONG WITH INTEREST OF ONE YEAR WHICH COMES
TO BE 1 LAC

Shri Harjinder Singh resident in 220 choti baradari part-2 opposite Pims garha
road Jalandhar pin code.144001 has approached me for issuing appreciate legal
notice to you, I Dushyant Anand advocate, practicing at district court Jalandhar
therefore call upon you to take this legal notice, which is under:

1. On 5.3.2018 my client Shri Harjinder Singh gives a loan to you i.e. Shri
Sukhwinder singh of 10lakh for a period of one year in presence of Shri
Balwinder Singh a friend of Sukhwinder singh.
2. It was orally agreed between you and my client that for one year
Sukhwinder has to pay 10% interest on principal amount and by adding
interest amount of Rs 1 lakh.

3. On 5.3.2019 Sukhwinder had issued post cheque bearing no.556964 for


Rs.11 lakh giving to bank of Baroda G.T Road, opposite old district, court
Jalandhar city. Harjinder singh deposited said cheque in his account in state
bank of India.

4. On 9.03.2019 cheque was dishonoured bank had issued bank memo


dated 9.3.2019 for reason of dishonour of said cheque as funds insufficient.

5. On Behalf of my client I am issuing notice under sec 138 of Negotiable


Instrument act 1881 to you on 25.32019 by registered post demanding Rs 11
lakh on behalf of my client Mr. Sukhwinder Singh stating that the amount
was paid in presence of balwinder singh.

Henceforth On 28.03.2019 I am issuing this legal Notice on behalf of my


client and directing you to pay the principle loan amount of Rs. 10 Lac
along with interest of one year which comes to be 1 [Link] my client
within 15 days from receipt of this notice, falling which my client
certainly file a complaint under sec 138 of the Negotiable Instrument
Act 1881.
