Teaching oneself to behave consistently and under control is a key
component of self-discipline. It is an important quality in a man or women
that is helpful for us to reach our goals and to find success in life.
In additions , Discipline makes us more focused and organized. Those who
follow discipline always got higher grades in the class. Discipline helps us to
focus on our goals and to overcome distractions of surrounding environment,
which can frequently prevent us from achieving our goals..
