How To
Use This Book

This book was designed with the illustrations on one side and the back side
blank. That way, you can cut it out after you've colored it and do with it as you will.
Hang it on a wall, show off your magnificent coloring skills to your co-workers, heck -
post it on your fridge. Go ahead, you know you want to.

Directions:

1. Open the book and find an illustration that catches your fancy.

2. Grab some coloring utensils - markers, watercolors, colored pencils, pastels, crayons
- anything that the little ankle-biters (if you happen to have any, be they furry or the
grabby kind) haven't gnawed to nubs.

3. Put on some tunes.

4. Pretend you're Picasso and go to town on that illustration. Become one with your
music and translate it to color on the paper. Don't be afraid to "mess up" or whatever,
just focus on enjoying yourself. Even if that means doing finger painting with your
spilled Cabernet and a melted Dove chocolate bar.

5. Finished? Take a step back and proudly gaze upon the masterpiece you've created.
Feels good to let go of the chaos in your life and flashback to your days as a 5-year-old
with a broken crayon clutched in your tiny, goldfish-cracker-crusted hand with no
worries other than coloring the paper in front of you, right?

6. Now, tear/cut the illustration out of the book, grab your favorite magnet and put it
on your fridge. Or frame it. Or whatever feels right. I'm partial to the fridge,
personally.

7. Hooked on that feeling? Repeat steps 1-6.
