INTRODUCTION
Artificial intelligence (AI) is the creation of computer systems that can perform tasks that
usually require human intelligence. This includes things like learning from data, understanding
and responding to language, solving problems, making decisions, and recognizing patterns.
Additionally, AI can help the student in their activities that can improve to their academic
performance.
According to Shete S., Koshti P., Pujari V., (2024). This study examines the impact of AI-
tailored learning environments. This paper demonstrates how the quick development and use of
artificial intelligence (AI) in education has given rise to personalized learning platforms that use
AI to give each student a customized educational experience. Through both quantitative and
qualitative analysis, the study demonstrates a positive correlation between improved academic
achievement, engagement, and happiness with personalized AI-based adaptive learning. The
findings show how AI-powered personalization may raise student performance and transform the
way education is provided. Higher education has been increasingly impacted by artificial
intelligence (AI), particularly in academic writing, where AI-powered support systems present
both potential and difficulties. Though its effects have recently come into closer focus because to
little is known about how generative AI (GAI) is used in academic writing. The nature of human-
AI interactions in academic writing is the main topic of this research, which also looks into the
methods used by PhD students when working with a GAI-powered supporting tool. Huang X.,
evidenced by the study’s finding that pupils who used it scored noticeably higher than those who
did not. To enhance their teaching methods and help students become better readers, educators
and administrators should think about integrating AI-powered personalized reading platforms.

In the field of education, the widespread use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has
presented both novel possibilities and hitherto unseen difficulties. AI improves accessibility and
efficiency in education, but deliberate abuse of AI chatbots to enable academic dishonesty has
raised concerns. This research adds to the continuing conversation on academic integrity in the
age of artificial intelligence by minimizing social desirability bias through the use of a list
experiment and the indirect questioning technique. Nguyen H. & Goto D. (2024).
Based on the REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11927, July 30, 2022. AN ACT TO ENHANCE THE
in the world of work due to rapid acceleration of digitalization and advances in technologies such
as artificial intelligence and automation across range of industries and sectors, shall enhance the
skills and competitiveness of the Philippine workforce in human, and digital technology and
innovations. In furtherance thereof, the State shall ensure that all Filipino workers have access to
and are provided with digital skills and competencies that are at par with global standards and
shall encourage digital innovations and entrepreneurship. To this end, the State shall provide the
necessary infrastructure and, in collaboration with the private stakeholders, shall undertake the
upskilling, re-skilling and training of the Filipino workforce on digital technology and
innovations for employability and competitiveness in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This law
aims to upgrade and modernize the infrastructure and services within the industry, ensuring that
it meets global standards and caters to the growing demand for reliable, high-quality
communication services.
investments, and encourage innovation. This includes the establishment of new technologies,
such as 5G and fiber-optic networks, which are crucial for enhancing internet speeds, expanding
mobile connectivity, and improving communication services for both urban and rural areas. By
ensuring that the sector can support these advancements, the law aims to provide faster and more
efficient access to communication tools and platforms. In addition to the focus on technological
advancements, the law also seeks to improve customer experience by addressing service quality,
reducing costs, and increasing accessibility. This means ensuring that telecommunication
are available at affordable rates while being accessible to all Filipinos, including those in remote
and underserved areas. One of the key components of the act is the promotion of fair
competition, which aims to prevent monopolistic practices and encourage the entry of new
players in the market. This, in turn, would lead to better services, lower prices, and more options
for consumers. Furthermore, Republic Act No. 11927 envisions the collaboration between the
initiatives that prioritize consumer protection, national security, and sustainability in the industry.
It also establishes mechanisms for more effective regulatory oversight, ensuring that
The researcher aims to explore the connection between the utilization of AI-driven
learning platforms and student academic outcomes. This includes assessing the effects of these
platforms on different areas of academic success, such as grades, standardized test results, and
retention of knowledge. A main goal is to assess if utilizing these platforms results in statistically
AI-driven platforms that are most closely linked to favorable educational results. Through the
examination of data from a vast and varied student group, the study aims to generate broadly
applicable conclusions regarding the efficacy of these platforms in various educational settings
and among different student backgrounds. Another objective is to investigate possible mediating
or moderating factors that could affect the link between AI platform utilization and academic
technological
resources. Ultimately, the research intends to offer evidence-driven suggestions for educators,
policymakers, and developers on the efficient incorporation and use of AI-driven learning
The ultimate goal of this study is to focus on the AI-driven learning platforms offers a
major chance to transform education, yet their true effectiveness is still a key concern. This
research is driven by the immediate requirement for robust, quantitative data to evaluate the
effects of these platforms on students’ academic achievement. Although anecdotal evidence and
enhancements in learning outcomes, including grades, test results, and knowledge retention. The
existing environment is devoid of thorough quantitative studies in this particular field, resulting
in a considerable void in our comprehension of the genuine impact these technologies have on
student learning. Consequently, this research seeks to address this gap by utilizing a strong
quantitative approach to examine the connection between the use of AI-driven learning platforms
and student academic achievement. The results will offer insightful, data-driven information for
educators, policymakers, and developers to guide the creation, execution, and future
enhancement of AI based educational tools. In conclusion, this study aims to enhance a more
The researcher tends to focus on the impact of use of AI-driven educational platforms,
there is a notable research gap concerning their measurable effects on student academic
achievement. Though various studies examine the possible advantages of AI in education, many
depend on qualitative approaches or limited scope inquiries, which restrict the applicability of
their results. The absence of extensive, quantitative research using strict statistical methods limits
a thorough grasp of the actual efficacy of these platforms. Current studies typically concentrate
their combined features on student learning results. Moreover, it is essential to conduct research
that accounts for confounding factors, like prior student skills and resource availability, to
effectively distinguish the impact of the AI platform itself. Current literature frequently does not

utilizing a strong quantitative approach to examine a substantial dataset, offering a deeper and
more widely applicable insight into the connection between AI-driven learning platforms and

Brain theory
This study is the notion that AI systems can be created or modelled to resemble the
composition, operations, and procedures of the human brain. Neuroscience, the study of how the
brain learns, absorbs information, and adapts, serves as the basis for this idea. Creating artificial

brain, is a common step in this AI methodology. These networks are made up of layers of
interconnected nodes, sometimes known as artificial neurons, which, like biological neurons in
the human brain, are capable of processing and transmitting information. Through methods like
deep learning, which replicates the brain's hierarchical learning process, artificial intelligence
systems may identify patterns, make decisions, and learn from experience. Allen G., et.al (2019).

sample surveys. The target population's elements are divided into distinct groups or strata where
within each stratum the elements are similar to each other with respect to select characteristics of
importance to the survey. Stratification is also used to increase the efficiency of a sample design
with respect to survey costs and estimator precision. In this article, the foundations of stratified
sampling are discussed in the framework of simple random sampling. Topics include the forming
of the strata and optimal sample allocation among the strata. Practical implementation issues for
stratified sampling are discussed and include systematic sampling, implicit stratification, and the
construction of strata using modern software. The importance of using stratified sampling in
practice is demonstrated by its usage in five major large-scale health surveys conducted in the
United States and the United Kingdom. For these surveys, details of the stratification and
sampling methods are provided. Topics include multistage cluster sampling within strata and the
