UNDER SECTION 482 BNSS FOR BAIL IN ANTICIPATION ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT NAMELY

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the applicant is aged about 28 years, businessman and he is residing at the above said address
with his family.
2. That the applicant is a peace-loving and law-abiding citizen of India. He is neither previously
convicted nor involved in any criminal activity. He has clean antecedent
3. That on 08.08.2025, the complainant Mr. Rakesh Sharma falsely alleged that the applicant threatened
him during an argument, and thereafter an FIR No. 145/2025 dated 10.08.2025 was lodged at P.S.
Connaught Place under Sections 420, 406, and 506 IPC.
4. That the complainant has falsely alleged that the applicant threatened him on 08.08.2025, whereas in
reality it was only a verbal altercation regarding repayment of money. No such threat was ever
extended by the applicant.
5. That after registration of FIR No. 145/2025 at P.S. Connaught Place, the applicant is under grave
apprehension that he may be falsely implicated and arrested in a fabricated manner, despite his
willingness to cooperate with the investigation.
6. That the applicant hails from a respectable family and is a law-abiding citizen, and if he is not granted
anticipatory bail, his personal and professional reputation will suffer irreparable harm.
7. That the applicant undertakes to cooperate fully with the investigation and further assures that he shall
not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness or person acquainted
with the facts of the case.
8. That the applicant has already repaid a substantial portion (₹2,00,000) of the alleged loan amount to
the complainant and is ready and willing to settle the remaining amount through due process of law,
which clearly shows his bona fide intention.
9. That the applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No. 145/2025 dated 10.08.2025,
registered at P.S. Connaught Place under Sections 420, 406, and 506 IPC, which is non-bailable in
nature.
10. That the applicant is willing to abide by any terms and conditions imposed by this Hon’ble Court at the
time of granting anticipatory bail.
PRAYER: -
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, itis, therefore, most respectfully prayed that in
the abovementioned facts and circumstances the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to give the direction to
the I.O./S.H.O. concern to release the applicant on bail in the event of his arrest, in the interest of
justice.
