HOW TO DRAFT A DESIGN CONTRACT

Surely, when receiving some assignment/project, the brilliant idea of drafting a contract has occurred to you.

General Considerations

SERVICE PROVISION CONTRACT FOR DESIGN AND CREATION OF CONCEPTS


WHAT THEY CELEBRATE ON ONE SIDE and those who will hereinafter be referred to as the client and the

FIFTEENTH. The designer reserves the discretion to sell the ownership of the elements
mentioned in the preceding clauses to the client; if the latter requests it in order to thus make use and
unlimited exploitation of all the mentioned resources.

SIXTEENTH. You may not use the elements resulting from the agreed services for any other purpose.
