$smwgIP is a configuration parameter that sets the path to the installation of Semantic MediaWiki as seen in the local filesystem and has the same purpose as MediaWiki's $IP configuration setting. The configuration parameter was introduced in Semantic MediaWiki 0.1.
This configuration parameter usually does not need any modification.
