Drawing of Maya king yik'in Chan K'awiil on wooden Lintel 4 from Temple IV, Tikal, from Maudslay, 1902

I find conflicting sources as to if this is a depiction of king "Yax Nuun Ayin II" aka "Chitam" or of his successor "Dark Sun". Perhaps due to part of the text being missing? If I find something that seems difinitive I will post it; if anyone else does, please do likewise. -- Infrogmation 20:19, 30 Jan 2004 (UTC)
According to The Ancient Maya 6th ed, Sharer & Traxler 2006, this lintel is not from Temple III at all, rather from Temple IV and depicts Yik'in Chan K'awiil. Regards, Simon Burchell (talk) 12:49, 26 September 2009 (UTC)
Right you are ! So is Sharer and by the way Simon & Grube, Chronicle of the Maya Kings and Queens. People should check what they write. Michel wal (talk) 16:49, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
