Clase Arleigh Burke é un tipo de destrutor norteamericano da Armada dos Estados Unidos de América é o deseño no que se basean as F-100 da Armada Española. Foi a primeira serie de buques construídos para o sistema de combate AEGIS.

Na Base Naval de Rota en España están destinados catro destes destrutores, Escuadra 60 de Destrutores:

  • USS Carney (DDG-64)
  • USS Ross (DDG-71)
  • USS Donald Cook (DDG-75)
  • USS Porter (DDG-78)
