birth_place	Place of birth.
death_date	Date of death. If date of birth is known, use {{Death date and age}}, otherwise use {{Death date}}.

death_cause	Cause of death. Should be clearly defined and sourced.
residence	Location of residence, if different from birth_place. Leave empty if deceased.
