Beatriz Sarlo (29 March 1942 – 17 December 2024) was an Argentine literary and cultural critic. She was the founding editor of the cultural journal Punto de Vista. She was honored with the Order of Cultural Merit in 2009. Sarlo was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Sarlo died on 17 December 2024 from problems caused by a stroke in Buenos Aires, aged 82.[1]
