Roman Wilson PIT WR
Steelers' Roman Wilson: Minimal role to end 2025 campaign
2m agoWilson secured 12 of 21 targets for 166 yards and two touchdowns over 13 regular-season appearances in 2025.
After missing most of his rookie season in 2024 due to injuries, Wilson had some encouraging performances in 2025, highlighted by a mid-season stretch in which he had five performances with double-digit receiving yards in a span of six games. However, his role diminished down the stretch, and he was a healthy scratch in four of the team's last six regular-season matchups. Wilson could have some streaming appeal in 2026, but he'll likely have trouble carving out consistent fantasy relevance throughout the season.
-
Ben Skowronek PIT WR
Steelers' Ben Skowronek: Quiet during 2025 regular season
7m agoSkowronek secured four of six targets for 69 yards and a touchdown while appearing in all 17 regular-season games in 2025.
Skowronek had a 22-yard touchdown reception in the Steelers' Week 1 win over the Jets, but his production went downhill from there. He failed to garner multiple targets in any of his regular-season appearances, and he was forced to play mainly on special teams during his fifth professional campaign. The 2021 seventh-rounder will be an unrestricted free agent during the offseason, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him seek out other opportunities after being held under 70 receiving yards in each of his two seasons in Pittsburgh.
-
Scott Miller PIT WR
Steelers' Scotty Miller: Minimal work during regular season
12m agoMiller secured nine of 14 targets for 62 yards over 13 appearances during the 2025 regular season.
Miller rejoined the Steelers on a one-year deal during the offseason but was held under 70 receiving yards for a second consecutive year despite the team bringing in an upgrade at quarterback in Aaron Rodgers. Miller will be an unrestricted free agent once again ahead of the 2026 campaign, and it seems unlikely that he'll generate much fantasy appeal during his age-29 season.
-
Christian Gonzalez NE CB
Patriots' Christian Gonzalez: Dealing with head injury
19m agoGonzalez (head) is questionable to return to Sunday night's contest against the Chargers, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.
Gonzalez suffered a head injury in the second half, and his status for the stretch run is now uncertain. In his absence, Charles Woods will likely step into a more significant role in New England's secondary.
-
Carlton Davis NE CB
Patriots' Carlton Davis: Back in action
1h agoDavis (toe) has returned to Sunday night's contest versus Los Angeles, Mark Daniels of MassLive.com reports.
Davis was briefly sidelined with a toe injury that he suffered in the first half, but he has since returned to the field. The cornerback is starting opposite of Christian Gonzalez, looking to quiet the Chargers' passing attack.
-
Carlton Davis NE CB
Patriots' Carlton Davis: Dealing with toe injury
1h agoDavis (toe) is questionable to return to Sunday night's contest against the Chargers, Chad Graff of The Athletic reports.
Davis suffered a toe injury in the first half, and his status for the rest of the contest is now up in the air. In his absence, Charles Woods is a top candidate to see an uptick in usage at cornerback versus Los Angeles.
-
Brock Purdy SF QB
49ers' Brock Purdy: Overcomes two picks to beat PHI
2h agoPurdy completed 18 of 31 pass attempts for 262 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions while rushing nine times for 24 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card round win over Philadelphia.
Purdy hit the ground running to begin the playoffs when he marched the 49ers down the field 76 yards on six plays for a touchdown on the team's opening drive. The 25-year-old ran into some trouble after that with a pair of three-and-out drives before coughing up a fumble out of bounds that cost San Francisco a chance at a field-goal attempt before halftime. Purdy put his resiliency on display in the second half when he overcame a pair of interceptions and threw the game-winning touchdown to RB Christian McCaffrey late in the fourth quarter. The Iowa State product will now shift his focus to Seattle, who held the signal-caller to his worst stat line of 2025 (127 yards, one INT) in Week 18 of the regular season. Purdy and San Francisco's offense will have to execute better in the divisional round if the depleted unit that just lost TE George Kittle (Achilles) has any chance of upsetting the NFC's No. 1 seed.
-
Jalen Hurts PHI QB
Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Struggles in wild-card loss
3h agoHurts completed 20 of 35 passes for 168 yards and a touchdown while rushing five times for 14 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card game loss to the 49ers.
Hurts connected with Dallas Goedert for a nine-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter, but Philadelphia's offense turned the ball over on downs from San Francisco's 21-yard line with 43 seconds left in the fourth quarter when a Hurts pass intended for Goedert fell incomplete. Philadelphia's offensive inconsistencies persisted throughout the season and came back to bite the Eagles in the playoffs. Hurts threw for 3,224 yards and a 25:6 TD:INT to go with 421 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns in 16 regular-season games prior to Sunday's loss, which dropped his career playoff record to 6-4. He remains locked in as the Eagles' starting quarterback while playing on a five-year, $255 million contract signed in April of 2023.
-
Tommy DeVito NE QB
Patriots' Tommy DeVito: Emergency QB in wild-card round
4h agoDeVito (coach's decision) is inactive but serving as the Patriots' emergency third quarterback in Sunday night's wild-card matchup against the Chargers.
DeVito will be operating in his familiar role as the team's No. 3 option at QB as the postseason gets underway. The quarterback will only be able to enter the game if both starter Drake Maye and backup Joshua Dobbs are forced out of the contest versus Los Angeles.
-
Trevor Lawrence JAC QB
Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Tough ending to season Sunday
5h agoLawrence completed 18 of 30 passes for 207 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions in the Jaguars' 27-24 loss to the Bills in the wild-card round Sunday. He added 31 rushing yards on six carries.
The 26-year-old quarterback found Brian Thomas, Parker Washington and Travis Etienne for TDs, with the last two coming in the fourth quarter as the two teams traded the lead back and forth, but Lawrence saw a pass attempt on Jacksonville's final play deflect off the hands of Jakobi Meyers and straight to Tre'Davious White to end any chance of one more rally. It was disappointing end to a strong campaign for Lawrence, who now has an 8:7 TD:INT in three career playoff games. He'll head into next season with a firm grasp of head coach Liam Coen's scheme after topping 4,000 passing yards for the third time in the last four years in 2025, and compiling a career-high 38 total TDs (29 passing, nine rushing).
-
Josh Allen BUF QB
Bills' Josh Allen: Carries Buffalo to divisional round
5h agoAllen completed 28 of 35 passes for 273 yards and a touchdown while adding 33 rushing yards and two TDs on 11 carries in the Bills' 27-24 win over the Jaguars during the wild-card round on Sunday.
The superstar quarterback put Buffalo on his back once again, producing two of his three scores in the fourth quarter as the two teams traded the lead back and forth, including a one-yard plunge into the end zone with 1:04 left on the clock for the game-winning touchdown. Allen took a beating from the Jacksonville defense during the contest however, getting checked out in the blue medical tent twice, and he was seen limping in the locker room after the game per Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic. The Bills won't know who they're playing until after the weekend's games are over, but Allen will almost certainly play through whatever injuries he might have on the road in the divisional round. He's produced multiple TDs in five of his last six full games dating back to Week 13, racking up 14 scores (eight passing, six rushing) in total during that time with only two turnovers.
-
Sam Howell PHI QB
Eagles' Sam Howell: Serving as No. 3 QB again Sunday
8h agoHowell (coach's decision) is inactive but will operate as the Eagles' emergency third quarterback for Sunday's wild-card matchup versus the 49ers.
Howell will continue to serve as Philadelphia's emergency option, and he'll only be able to enter the game if both Jalen Hurts and Tanner McKee are forced out.
-
Christian McCaffrey SF RB
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Hits pay dirt twice in WC win
3h agoMcCaffrey rushed 15 times for 48 yards and caught six of eight targets for 66 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 23-19 playoff win over the Eagles.
TE George Kittle (Achilles) went down midway through the second quarter of Sunday's wild-card game, so the 49ers had to rely on its remaining superstar in order to overcome the Eagles' dominant defense. McCaffrey responded to the moment and generated well over 100 yards from scrimmage while catching a pair of touchdown passes -- including the game-winning score -- to advance his club to the next round. The 49ers' dual-threat running back was bottled up against the Seahawks when these two division foes met in the regular-season finale (16 touches for 57 yards), but McCaffrey should find himself busier as a receiver in the divisional round rematch with Kittle expected to miss some time.
-
Saquon Barkley PHI RB
Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Tops 100 yards in playoff loss
3h agoBarkley rushed 26 times for 106 yards and caught three of six targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card game loss to the 49ers.
Barkley ripped off a 29-yard run on Philadelphia's second offensive play to help set up a one-yard Dallas Goedert rushing touchdown on the team's first drive, and the star running back topped 100 yards on the ground after doing so in only three of 16 regular-season games. Despite Barkley's best efforts, he suffered his first playoff loss in an Eagles uniform after winning Super Bowl LIX in his first season with the team. Barkley remains one of the league's best running backs and should maintain a workhorse role for the Eagles in his age-29 season.
-
Ray Davis BUF RB
Bills' Ray Davis: Special-teams impact in win
4h agoDavis recorded four kickoff returns for 119 yards and lost a fumble in Sunday's 27-24 wild-card win over the Jaguars.
Davis didn't garner any touches on offense as James Cook handled the entirety of the backfield work versus Jacksonville. Davis did return four kicks, the first of which he put on the ground, and it was recovered by the Jaguars. The running back will look to be more involved in the Bills' offensive attack in the AFC divisional round.
-
Omarion Hampton LAC RB
Chargers' Omarion Hampton: Active versus New England
4h agoHampton (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's night's playoff opener against the Patriots, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.
After being listed as a non-participant both Wednesday and Thursday, Hampton -- who was sidelined in Week 18 -- was able to return to a limited practice Friday while sporting a brace on his right ankle, per Kris Rhim of ESPN.com. Though officially listed as questionable on Los Angles' final injury report, the running back subsequently noted that he planned to play Sunday. With the 2025 first-rounder's active status versus the Patriots now confirmed, Rhim previously indicated that the Chargers are expected to split their backfield workload between Hampton and Kimani Vidal, with Hassan Haskins and Jaret Patterson available in reserve.
-
Travis Etienne JAC RB
Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Hits paydirt in wild-card loss
5h agoEtienne carried the ball 10 times for 67 yards and caught all five of his targets for 49 yards and a touchdown in the Jaguars' 27-24 loss to the Bills in the wild-card round Sunday.
The 26-year-old back capped his first playoff appearance since 2022 with a 14-yard TD catch from Trevor Lawrence in the fourth quarter that briefly gave Jacksonville a 24-20 lead, but which left over four minutes on the clock for Josh Allen to answer back. Etienne heads into potential free agency this offseason having produced 1,399 scrimmage yards and a career-high 13 TDs (seven rushing, six receiving) over 17 regular-season games, and he could draw significant interest from teams in need of backfield help if the Jags elect to let him walk away.
-
James Cook BUF RB
Bills' James Cook: Stymied by Jags in wild-card win
5h agoCook carried the ball 15 times for 46 yards and caught two of three targets for five yards in the Bills' 27-24 win over the Jaguars during the wild-card round Sunday.
After amassing a career-high 1,621 yards during the regular season to secure his first career rushing crown, Cook had trouble finding room to roam against an elite Jags run defense, with his longest gain going for just 11 yards. Not counting a Week 18 contest in which he made only a cameo appearance, it was the first time Cook had been held below 50 yards since Week 11. The Bills won't know who they're playing next until after the weekend's games are over, but Cook is likely to face another tough opponent next weekend, with the Broncos and Texans among their potential divisional-round matchups.
-
Roman Wilson PIT WR
-
Demarcus Robinson SF WR
49ers' Demarcus Robinson: Leading receiver in WC win
2h agoRobinson corralled six of seven targets for 111 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card round win over Philadelphia.
Robinson finally broke out of his season-long slump at the perfect time for the 49ers after he led the team in receiving in its playoff win Sunday. The veteran wideout was filling in for injured starter Ricky Pearsall (ankle/knee) who was inactive for the ninth time this season. Robinson failed to surpass 50 receiving yards in any of his 14 appearances in the regular season, so Sunday's outburst against the Eagles certainly came out of nowhere. Perhaps this performance will build up the confidence QB Brock Purdy has in Robinson, but fantasy players should not bank on a repeat performance against the Seahawks in the divisional round.
-
Jauan Jennings SF WR
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Throws TD pass in odd stat line
2h agoJennings had one reception on three targets for 45 yards and completed his only pass attempt for a 29-yard touchdown in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card game win over the Eagles.
Jennings had an unusual stat line after finishing with his lowest target and reception total since Week 6 of the regular season, while also grabbing his longest reception of 2025 and throwing a touchdown pass to boot. It wasn't the first time that the veteran wideout was asked to throw a pass in his career, as the 49ers ran a similar trick play in 2023 that resulted in a 21-yard touchdown. The 27-year-old's target share was concerning in the wild-card round, but his usage figures to balloon in the divisional round after TE George Kittle (Achilles) had to be carted off the field Sunday. WR Ricky Pearsall's status remains in question for next week's showdown against the Seahawks, so Jennings could really be in store for a heavy workload in the divisional round if his fellow starter remains sidelined.
-
DeVonta Smith PHI WR
Eagles' DeVonta Smith: Leading receiver in wild-card loss
3h agoSmith caught eight of 11 targets for 70 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card game loss to the 49ers.
Smith accounted for 70 of Jalen Hurts' 168 passing yards while no teammate had more than 33 receiving yards. Sunday's playoff disappointment comes on the heels of Smith's third 1,000-yard regular season in five NFL campaigns, as he caught 77 of 113 targets for 1,008 yards and a career-low four touchdowns while dressing for all 17 regular-season games. Smith is tied to the Eagles through the 2028 season on a three-year, $75 million extension signed in April of 2024.
-
Jake Tonges SF TE
49ers' Jake Tonges: Enters game for injured starter
2h agoTonges caught one of three targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card round win over the Eagles.
TE George Kittle went down with what is being reported as an Achilles injury in the second quarter, so the 49ers dusted off Tonges to start the second half of the playoff win. The exact nature of the starter's injury will be revealed by the team after running tests in the coming days, but initial reports do not sound great for Kittle after he had to be carted off the field Sunday. Tonges has operated as San Francisco's third tight end on the depth chart for most of the season, but he leapfrogs blocking TE Luke Farrell to the No. 1 spot whenever Kittle has missed time this year. The 25-year-old Tonges proved to be a viable receiving threat when asked to start, averaging 4.8 receptions and 44.8 yards with three touchdowns scored in the six games Kittle was inactive for during the regular season. Assuming he is asked to start once again, Tonges should make a fine value play in DFS formats against Seattle in the divisional round of the playoffs.
-
George Kittle SF TE
49ers' George Kittle: Torn Achilles confirmed
2h agoHead coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed after Sunday's 23-19 wild-card win over the Eagles that Kittle tore his Achilles during the game, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Kittle exited in the first half due to an Achilles injury. The 49ers found a way to advance after losing their star tight end due to injury, but the diagnosis of a torn Achilles means Kittle won't rejoin his teammates on the field during their playoff run, as Kittle will face a recovery timeline of more than six months. He may not be available for the start of the 2026 regular season.
-
Dallas Goedert PHI TE
Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Two TDs not enough in playoff loss
2h agoGoedert caught four of seven targets for 33 yards and a touchdown while rushing once for a one-yard touchdown in Sunday's 23-19 wild-card game loss to the 49ers.
Goedert scored both of Philadelphia's touchdowns in the playoff loss, running in a one-yard score in the first quarter before catching a nine-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter. He built on a successful regular season during which Goedert led the team with a career-high 11 touchdown catches among his 60 receptions for 591 yards on 82 targets. That strong production will make the 31-year-old tight end a sought-after target in free agency this offseason.
-
Dawson Knox BUF TE
Bills' Dawson Knox: Three catches in wild-card win
3h agoKnox caught all three of his targets for 30 yards in Sunday's 27-24 wild-card win over Jacksonville.
Knox was able to finished tied for second on the team in catches with wide receiver Brandin Cooks and fellow tight end Dalton Kincaid. Knox made his largest impact in the fourth quarter, securing a 24-yard gain on his second catch of the day. The tight end has now reeled in at least one pass in 14 consecutive postseason contests dating back to 2020, and he'll look to extend the streak in next weekend's AFC divisional round.
-
Tucker Fisk LAC TE
Chargers' Tucker Fisk: Good to go for wild-card round
4h agoFisk (ankle) is active for Sunday's wild-card contest against the Patriots.
Fisk will make his return to action after missing the team's last five regular-season contests with an ankle injury. The tight end will return to his role as the top reserve option behind starter Oronde Gadsden versus New England.
-
Dalton Kincaid BUF TE
Bills' Dalton Kincaid: Finds end zone Sunday
5h agoKincaid caught three of five targets for 28 yards and a touchdown in the Bills' 27-24 win over the Jaguars in the wild-card round Sunday.
The third-year tight end connected with Josh Allen on a 15-yard TD midway through the fourth quarter, part of a wild sequence in which the two teams got into the end zone on four straight drives as they traded the lead back and forth. It was Kincaid's second score in six career playoff games, and his first score since Week 14 this season as he played sparingly down the stretch. Kincaid appears full healthy however, as the Bills await their opponent in the divisional round.
-
Matt Prater BUF K
Bills' Matt Prater: Cleared for wild-card round
11h agoPrater (quadriceps) is active for Sunday's AFC wild-card game against the Jaguars.
Prater aggravated a right quadriceps injury during the Bills' Week 18 win over the Jets, which put his status for the playoffs in jeopardy. He strung together a DNP/FP/DNP practice log to earn the questionable tag, and with Matthew Wright remaining on the practice squad, Prater will be the lone kicker on the Bills' active roster for Sunday's playoff tilt.
-
Matt Prater BUF K
Bills' Matt Prater: Expected to play Sunday
1d agoPrater (quadriceps) is expected to play in Buffalo's wild-card matchup versus the Jaguars on Sunday, Chris Brown of the team's Radio Network reports.
Prater will seemingly be good to go against Jacksonville, as the Bills didn't elevate Matthew Wright from the practice squad, leaving Prater as the only kicker on the active roster. The 41-year-old converted 18 of his 20 field-goal attempts and 46 of his 49 extra-point tries across 15 games during the regular season.
-
Matt Prater BUF K
Bills' Matt Prater: Questionable after sitting Friday
2d agoPrater (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Sunday's wild-card game against the Jaguars.
Prater sandwiched a full practice Thursday between being a non-participant Wednesday and Friday. The veteran kicker's status appears to be truly up in the air, with Matthew Wright on standby and eligible to be brought up from the practice squad in the event that Prater's unavailable. Prater hasn't finished a game since Week 15, with two absences and an early exit after that point.
-
Chad Ryland ARI K
Cardinals' Chad Ryland: Accuracy dips in 2025
2d agoRyland made 25 of 33 field-goal attempts and all 36 of his PAT tries while playing in all 17 games during the 2025 regular season.
Ryland converted a subpar 75.8 percent of his field-goal attempts, landing between the unsightly 64.0 percent mark of his 2023 rookie season and the excellent 87.5 percent conversion rate he produced in 2024. He'll be a restricted free agent this offseason, and while Arizona may be interested in retaining the big-legged kicker, Ryland's regression in 2025 could prompt the team to bring in competition.
-
Matt Prater BUF K
Bills' Matt Prater: Won't practice Friday, could play
2d agoBills head coach Sean McDermott said Prater (quadriceps) will not practice Friday but stressed that his situation isn't unusual for a kicker, Maddy Glab of the team's official site reports.
Prater practiced in full Thursday, but it appears he'll receive an official questionable designation for Sunday's wild-card game against the Jaguars. McDermott said Buffalo will monitor how the kicker's health holds up during the weekend. After missing back-to-back games, Prater returned to action Week 18 versus the Jets but then was forced off the field early due to an apparent aggravation of his quad injury. If Prater isn't able to play Sunday, Matthew Wright will stand to be elevated from the Bills' practice squad for spot duty.
-
Brandon McManus GB K
Packers' Brandon McManus: Finishes 2025 season strong
3d agoMcManus went 24-for-30 on field-goal attempts and 32-for-33 on extra-point tries over 14 regular-season games with the Packers in 2025.
McManus missed at least one kick between Weeks 2 and 4 before missing the Packers' next two games due to a right quadriceps injury. He proceeded to go 4-for-8 on field-goal attempts over his next three outings before sitting out Week 11 against the Giants after aggravating his quad injury. That extra rest seemed to do the trick, as McManus was perfect in his return, making all 13 of his field-goal attempts and each of his 16 point-after tries over the final seven games of the regular season. McManus will be on the books for the Packers for the next two seasons after signing a three-year, $15.3 million contract in March.

-
Fred Warner SF MLB
49ers' Fred Warner: Not expected to practice soon
2h agoWarner (ankle) is not expected to return to practice this week, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Warner has been sidelined since suffering a dislocated and fractured right ankle in Week 6, and there has been some hope that he could make his return to action in the postseason. The 49ers knocked off the Eagles 23-19 in the wild-card round Sunday, but head coach Kyle Shanahan said following the game that it's "not likely" that Warner's practice window will open this week prior to the team's matchup with the Seahawks in the NFC divisional round. The linebacker's next shot to play would come in the NFC Championship Game, if San Francisco is able to advance.
-
Del'Shawn Phillips LAC LB
Chargers' Del'Shawn Phillips: Ready to go for wild-card round
4h agoPhillips (hamstring) is active for Sunday night's wild-card contest against the Patriots.
Phillips will be good to go for the first round of the playoffs after opening the week on the sidelines at practice with a hamstring injury. The 29-year-old has developed into a rather substantial asset on special teams, and he'll look to make a splash play versus New England.
-
Harold Landry NE LB
Patriots' Harold Landry: Ready to go for wild-card round
4h agoLandry (knee) is active for Sunday night's wild-card matchup with the Chargers.
Landry will make his return to action after missing the team's last two regular-season contests while nursing a knee injury. The 29-year-old registered 11 total tackles (eight solo), including 3.0 sacks, in his final four appearances of the regular season, and he'll look to keep it up versus Los Angeles.
