NOTIFICATION OF TENDER AWARD- 24^TH MARCH, 2025

ECZ/IOB/002/2024:TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VOTER REGISTRATION EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS FOR THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION OF ZAMBIA

Pursuant to section 71 of the Public Procurement Act, No. 8 of 2020, the Commission has concluded the evaluation and Procurement Committee approval of the above tender, and now intends to award the contract as follows:

The Procurement Department will be available for debriefings. If any participating bidder has objections to the proposed award following the debriefing, they may submit a written request for review within five days of this notice pursuant to section 23 of the Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No.17 of 2023. Kindly note this notice of intention to award contract does not constitute a contract.

Objections will not be accepted after 28^th March, 2025.
