I love Baywatch series (first few only actually), so I was looking forward to see a lot of cast reunited. But .... absolutely disaster movie, has no good script, questionable decisions of couples... 4 only for the cast

I watched this movie for a bit of a laugh plus it had the Hoff in it and lets face it after Knightrider the Hoff is one cool dude! (I'll let u decide whether or not I'm being sarcastic there, on one hand I could be but on the other the truth is I may be a MASSIVE Hoff fan but won't admit it.) Anyway this tale is in usual Baywatch style, bad acting, bad story, bad script. Basically its just bad, but I have to think for something to be so bad then logically it must be good? I don't know but I found it pretty entertaining just for the fact that it was that bad! Most of the original Baywatch cast are in this one including Pamela Anderson who's acting is pretty much as fake as her chest, but we don't mind that, once again its Baywatch, it supposed to be muck.
Overall I would say if you are a fan of Baywatch then you will enjoy this movie and should definitely watch it. If you aren't a fan however then I would still suggest you watch it because it really is a bad movie, but because of that it's entertaining and fun so give it a go.
This movie deserves a.... So Bad its Good/10

Although many of the cast members didn't appear most did. Especially my favorites Pam Anderson, Carmen Electra, Yasmine Bleeth, and Gena Lee Nolan. Only one of my favorites was missing, Erika :(
Anyhow, the plot like most Baywatch episodes it's silly. However, returning a villian from the second season seemed like a nice idea. Regardless of the silliness it was a nice reunion.

Well Being a young fan I hope to get the young persons view over! I bought the film after a old flame for David Hasselhoff relighted and boy am I glad it did. This film has a great plot, where Mitchs friends are suspicious of a new flame and cant let him go through with the wedding that they have planned. And well Mitch is in so you cant really complain! Its great to see a lot of the cast back together and see everyone that bit older. The acting is good although Pamela Anderson can get a bit over the top! The other cast members manage to keep the film down to earth and its good how everything ties in together. Having the I'll be ready themes tune at the start brings back all of the memories from years of watching Baywatch. Overall a great film and its great that the cast came back together to make this film and fingers crossed that they will make another! or even a few on off episodes with some of the original cast members!
It was great to see all of the cast back together. There were even some Baywatch cast members that weren't on the show at the same time previous to now. The plot was kind of dopey. I think they just wanted Alexandra Paul in the movie and that was about the only way they could. Seeing C.J. and Summer and all of the Baywatch crew back together was nice, but I can't give a vote higher than six. The plot being so sub-standard and all.

This movie was pretty decent for a TV movie, it had action , excitement and all my favourite Baywatch characters including CJ, Neely, Caroline, Summer etc. Although it was missing one Erika Eleniak (Shauni), I have heard she did say that she didn't want to do it same thing could be said about Donna and Jordan another two characters who didn't return.
The plot outline is okay and the movie is relatively good, although it lacked motive in some parts it was still very good I would give this 3.5 out of 4.

As someone who recently finished watching all the seasons of the original series, I found the movie to be pretty decent for a TV movie.
The plot is just as silly and cheesy as usual, with tons of soap opera moments, action sequences, and the typical Baywatch style, which I loved. Even though I wish it had more characters from the original series, it was heartwarming to see many of the characters who left between different seasons make appearances. The villain from the second season returning to the movie for revenge is also a really nice idea. However, I don't understand why they remastered all the seasons beautifully but haven't remastered the movie as well. I don't mind the low quality, but it felt dry compared to the remastered seasons.
The start was strong and exciting, but it became too cheesy later on, especially for a movie reunion. The ending felt more like another weak season finale rather than the actual conclusion, and it seemed rushed with a small budget. The movie had so much potential, considering I spent time watching all 242 episodes, plus the 44 episodes of the spin-off, only for it to turn out cheap and cheesy with dumb and lazy writing. It would have been nice if they had made the movie a few years later, not just 2 years after the show ended, with a bigger budget and better writing. That would have meant a lot to me and other Baywatch fans, I'm sure.
Overall, it's a decent movie, silly like most Baywatch episodes, but I'm still a bit disappointed. To note about the show, I'm aware that the show itself is not generally good, as it's known to not be taken seriously, but everything I experienced with Baywatch was honestly fun and I wish the community hadn't died.
Oh, and if you're thinking about watching the movie but haven't seen the show, I don't recommend it. Watch all the seasons first.

This flick is your typical Baywatch style, only difference is that this is a full film, and not the usual one hour long TV shows at late nights.
There is nothing special about this movie. And please do not bash / flame me, hear me out first.
When I say that there are nothing special, I mean that this is exactly what you would find in Baywatch. Girls in swimsuits and guys with no shirts and shorts that hung low on their buttocks, and cool scenery.
Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra, as well as David Hasselholf are in the film, and that reason alone should be a good reason enough for die-hard fans to watch this film.
What I found funny is the slow-motion every time the girls decide to run instead of walking. LOL I mean, who gave the idea that the slow-motion still able to do the trick after one time too many it was made that way.
Overall, there is nothing surprising about this film, but I do not mean that in a bad way. So if you enjoy watching their TV shows, you might like this one too. IF this is not your cuppa, watch other film instead.

As a retired LA beach lifeguard with twenty five years of service as both a permanent and recurrent I have been a fan of the Baywatch series for many years even though many of the episodes leaved something to be desired (a decent story). The images in the montages were outstanding and brought back memories of my days on the beach. This two hour reunion was a big let down. The visuals were great especially if you like female boobs and butts but I couldn't believe how bad the story and directing were. I've seen better work in USC student films. It was a real rip off of the Baywatch legacy. Its the kind of film you have to see twice because after the first time you can't believe how bad it is.

First of all, the storyline sucks. Lets get that out of the way immedietly.
If you're anything like me however this won't matter a jot. ...However, it is a slight pity that the storyline wasn't a bit more inviting and interesting. I think they went wrong by treating the movie like one of the episodes and instead of tieing everyone into the main plot they had several subplots or co-plots. Regarding the most important element, babes! well, not much. There are a few close ups shots of bikini girls and although the women including Pamela Anderson are here, the overall feeling is one of tension and unwillingness to really let go (of that towel, or shirt!).
Instead we're treated or mistreated to Pamela anderson waring a shirt under which we just barely glimpse a micro bikini thing. Don't get me wrong, Pamela does look amazing as the years ever so skillfully carve a real and quite sexual womanhood of experience into her facial features and this is a real turn on but it doesn't go any further. This is the dvd afterall, not PG TV. What happened? There's one nice part where Pammy is getting some sun in a bikini then gets up to reveal a thong thing going on, but these moments are too few and far between.
Overall the dvd is a disappointment as it has zero extras unless you count scene selection? NO pix, no documentary, no interviews etc which was not only a pity but a missed oportunity on behalf of Hasslehoff and gang to document this once huge american phenomenon, but then wouldn't an intelligent thing to do be contradiction? Ironically I would still recommend buying it, if purely to have it in your DVD collection as this is not only (and hopefully) a firm well-endowed goodbye to Baywatch but perhaps also to Pamela too, at least until she's back in the 2010 or whatever edition of Playboy.

I saw this in February and loved it. Glad they got it on DVD which came out in June. I just bought the DVD and watched it again. It's a great movie, but next time, hope the whole cast from past to present is in the next movie. I recommend this movie for those who love the show.

When I watched this movie on DVD I was quite disappointed. The plot is unrealistic and the directing is just poor. There was nothing of the charm the series had especially in the first season.Pamela Anderson was just getting on my nerves - I could hardly stand her talentless acting (good acting has obviously never been the reason she got the role...)!This movie has totally failed. The only good thing I can say about it is the good idea of bringing back some of the old cast.Billy Warlock looked cute and John Allen Nelson is still a hunk.So in the end there was at least one good reason to watch it!
