This ID was originally created for peak identifiers on the www.peakfinder.com website. In 2023, the contents of this website was moved to https://cdnrockiesdatabases.ca/ but the website owner for www.peakfinder.com also changed for entirely different content -- it still pertains to mountains/peaks but just not in Canada. On the English Wikipedia, the {{cite peakfinder}} template was renamed to {{cite crdb)}. Keeping the ID as is can create confusion among editors as the site content is no longer associated with peakfinder.com.

I propose that this property be renamed to "crdb peak ID" or alternatively "cdnrockiesdatabase.ca peak ID". I am adding "peak" because additional IDs could be added for mountain ranges, mountain passes or people as this website uses a slightly different URL pattern for these subjects.
